Overview

As the very first Enterprise Sales Manager at Socket, you'll lead and expand our high-performing team of enterprise account executives focused on net new business growth. You'll be responsible for team development & mentorship, revenue acceleration, process optimization, and creating a culture of excellence that delivers exceptional results.

In Short

  • Hire, mentor, and develop our team of Enterprise account executives.
  • Establish scalable onboarding and ramping processes.
  • Manage revenue forecasting processes.
  • Lead Enterprise sales strategy.
  • Design and execute territory-specific sales plans.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product Teams, and Customer Success.
  • Drive data-driven insights to monitor sales metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 2+ years successfully recruiting and developing high-performing b2b SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Consistent personal record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Superior communication skills for motivating teams.
