We are looking for a Chief Legal Officer/Head of Legal to manage legal risks and ensure compliance across our international operations.

In Short

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a CLO/VP Legal position.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and preferably Russian.
• In-depth understanding of business, contract, and employment law.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry laws.
• Experience in litigation management.
• Skills in risk management and strategy development.
• Technology aptitude with financial and ERP systems.
