Chief Legal Officer - Remote

Overview

OSC Global is seeking a strategic and seasoned Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to lead our legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. The CLO will serve as the Company’s Business Ethics and Compliance Officer and a key member of the executive leadership team, providing counsel on corporate governance, operational compliance, government contracting, cybersecurity regulations, and strategic growth initiatives.

• Promote audit readiness and financial integrity.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 20+ years of legal experience, including 10+ years in a senior role.
• Experience in government contracting environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition laws, including FAR, DFARS.
• Experience with cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in corporate governance and compliance architecture.
• Proven ability to lead legal and compliance functions effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage outside counsel and legal budgets.
