Senior Director, Controller/Program Finance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Controller/Program Finance is responsible for leading OSC Global’s accounting operations, program finance, financial reporting, and internal control environment.

• Lead OSC Global’s accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FAR, and CAS.
• Oversee financial close processes and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with CFO and business unit leaders to drive financial performance.
• Manage program finance functions including project setup and revenue recognition.
• Develop management reporting packages and key performance indicators.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Establish accounting policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop finance teams for high performance.
• Drive process improvements and strategic financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of accounting experience, including technical accounting and auditing.
• Experience with federal government contractors with significant revenues.
• Two years of experience supervising accounting staff.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like Deltek Costpoint.
• Ability to pass a background screening and obtain a U.S. Government Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
