Overview

The Strategic Customer Success Manager at SOCi will ensure the long-term success of clients by nurturing relationships and delivering continuous value through our platform.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for strategic client matters.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings for client satisfaction.

  • Handle customer requests and issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth.
  • Ability to drive continuous value of products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with complex, multi-geographical customers.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Customer Success Software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
