The Associate Director, US Patient Marketing, is responsible for providing support and direction to the commercial teams for patient brand marketing strategy and tactics execution, with significant impact and visibility across departments.

  • Oversee patient and vendor contracting processes.
  • Support field selling efforts and inventory management.
  • Measure and assess marketing tactics performance.
  • Travel as needed: 20-25%.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in patient or consumer marketing within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Familiarity with product launch processes is a plus.
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing complex projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval processes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Veeva Vault.
