In Short

  • Drive the expansion of snuggs in the retail sector in the DACH region.
  • Manage existing retail partnerships and develop new ones.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers to promote product listings.
  • Negotiate terms and visibility for snuggs products.
  • Collaborate closely with co-founders on growth strategies.
  • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the next growth phase of snuggs in retail.
  • Work remotely or hybrid as long as based in Germany.
  • Engage in a meaningful brand with strong values.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
  • Experience with DACH drugstores (dm and/or Rossmann is essential).
  • Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of listing processes and promotional strategies in the DACH retail environment.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English.
  • Ideally based in Berlin or flexible within Germany with willingness to travel.
