Global Travel & Expense Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Global Travel & Expense (T&E) Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for employees needing assistance with travel and expense-related inquiries.

In Short

• Act as the primary point of contact for travel, expense, and M&E-related questions.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to corporate travel policies.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues.
• Assist employees with corporate card applications and troubleshooting.
• Manage the booking and payment process for non-employee travelers.
• Manage a ticketing system to track and resolve requests efficiently.
• Generate and analyze reports related to travel spend and policy compliance.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on data share and accuracy.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects for travel and expenses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in travel, expense, finance, or TMC support roles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and T&E management systems.
• Experience with Slack and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and policy compliance.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
