In Short

• Own end-to-end payments processing for multiple expert-led Gen AI training data projects.
• Automate and maintain manual spreadsheet-based payment systems.
• Validate data accuracy across contributor engagements.
• Identify and implement process improvements using SQL or scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Design detailed contributor earnings reports and payment audit dashboards.
• Ensure payment compliance and data traceability for accounting purposes.
• Investigate and resolve contributor’s pay disputes professionally.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in payments, payroll processing, or finance.
• Familiarity with compensation cycles and tax compliance for gig contractors.
• High attention to detail in managing complex payments.
• Experience with SQL for handling large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
