Senior Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Implementation Engineer at Snapsheet plays a crucial role in delivering and supporting our software products, working directly with enterprise and mid-market clients. This role is part of a small but dynamic team focused on implementing complex enterprise claims solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

In Short

• Work extensively with APIs for seamless client system integration.
• Assist and inform customers on API functionality and integration processes.
• Design and develop tools/scripts for data migration and system integration.
• Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of Snapsheet’s integration service.
• Ensure interoperability between Snapsheet’s claims platform and third-party systems.
• Provide technical guidance to clients around integration strategies.
• Deliver hands-on support and training related to API usage.
• Collaborate with various teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Document integration processes and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Maintain a customer-oriented approach to solving problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software implementation experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Ruby, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations with APIs.
• Experience building and/or supporting middleware or integration-layer applications.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
