Lead Product Manager - Growth - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, definition, and growth of new products built on top of Snapsheet’s core claims platform. This role is building scalable, highly efficient service-driven products that combine software, workflow configuration, data, automation, and people.

• Own the product strategy and vision for tech-enabled claims services.
• Define, launch, and scale new service-based products.
• Partner closely with engineering to extend and configure the existing claims platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B products.
• Experience improving workflows and increasing efficiency.
• Experience with configurable platforms or systems.
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.
• Strong technical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Highly data-informed decision-maker.
• Extensive experience in agile development.
