• 5+ years of auto physical damage experience, with 1+ year in management.

• Knowledge of insurance principles and appraisal decisions.
• Understanding of vehicle repair and fraud detection.
• Experience with estimating platforms like Mitchell, CCC One, or Audatex.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Desire to thrive in a remote setting.
