We are currently growing our team and are in search of an Estimator & Purchasing Manager. Established in June 2006, we have grown into one of the leading builders in Denver, Colorado. In Short

• Oversee estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Participate in project planning discussions.
• Establish and implement estimating tools.
• Develop scopes of work and material specifications.
• Recruit and negotiate with trade partners and suppliers.
• Ensure client satisfaction during pre-construction activities.
