We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager with a passion for fashion and luxury products to build and develop our product range.

In Short

• Strategic purchasing: Build and maintain relationships with national and international suppliers in the fashion and luxury industry.
• Conduct negotiations: Negotiate terms, prices, and annual and seasonal agreements.
• Product range development: Strategically select and expand our product portfolio tailored to the needs of Gen Z.
• Quality management: Monitor product quality and handle complaints and returns.
• Market analysis: Observe market trends and identify new products or brands that can enrich our range.
• Team collaboration: Closely coordinate with the content, marketing, and logistics teams to optimize purchasing processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, in the fashion or luxury industry.
• A completed degree or commercial training with a focus on purchasing, trade, or a comparable field.
• Strong negotiation skills and confident in dealing with suppliers at an international level.
• Analytical skills, structured work, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, experience in e-commerce or a dynamic start-up environment.
