Estimator & Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The role involves planning and organizing high-quality projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget while meeting company standards and client expectations.

In Short

• Complete full project estimates by analyzing data.
• Understand project scope and specifications.
• Produce budget sheets and assist in project budgeting.
• Manage specific projects and coordinate details.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop timelines and Gantt charts.
• Control workflow and evaluate project status.
• Assist in sourcing and managing bid pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in construction project estimation/management.
• Experience with proposals, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to create professional presentations and reports.
• Keen analytical skills.
• Excellent math and data analysis skills, especially in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
