Project Estimator - Remote

Overview

The Project Estimator will identify and evaluate government projects, prepare detailed bids, and collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify and evaluate government projects from the company database.
• Review RFQs and prepare detailed bids.
• Analyze and prepare take-offs; research products and services.
• Monitor and manage bids to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers on awarded projects.
• Ensure estimates comply with industry standards.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project specifications.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in estimating or project management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; familiarity with Jobtread is a plus.
• Understanding of construction processes, including MEP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
