Overview

The Manager, Benefit Operations Testing & QA is responsible for leading a team of benefit configuration specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of pharmacy benefit plans.

• Lead and coach a team of benefit configuration specialists.
• Oversee the build and management of pharmacy benefit plans.
• Ensure high performance and adherence to service level agreements.
• Manage employee performance through defined metrics.

• Build and maintain pharmacy benefit plans for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmacy benefits and claims processing.
• Preferred experience with document management practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Passion for operational excellence and process improvement.
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
