Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Solid understanding of complex manufacturing strategies.
  • Expertise in automation and process optimization.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Respectful and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed.
