In Short

• Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities across Smartsheet’s products.
• Design, implement, and maintain security controls and processes.
• Triage, investigate, and remediate security issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams as a trusted security advisor.
• Conduct in-depth security assessments and code reviews.
• Develop security automation solutions to improve detection.
• Support incident response and forensic efforts.
• Implement effective detection and response programs.
• Serve as technical lead for computer security incident response.
• Represent Smartsheet in global security communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Advanced familiarity with web application, mobile, and network security.
• Understanding of security concerns with large language models.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, OSCP, etc.) are a plus.
