Order Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

Smartsheet is excited to be hiring an Order Operations Specialist to partner with our sales teams and support them throughout the sales cycle. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and will report directly to our Manager of Order Operations, based in Costa Rica.

In Short

• Support sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with Smartsheet policies and meeting customer needs
• Work within Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ to assist sales representatives
• Review contracts and order documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Quickly learn and become confident in the quoting process
• Customise order forms and advise on complex deal structures
• Coordinate deal reviews with sales and support training
• Manage the daily deal approval process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transactions are completed quickly
• Assist with reconciliation of multiple transactions and contract-related adjustments
• Respond to partner inquiries in Salesforce within SLA timelines

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Contracts, or Deal Desk
• 1+ years of experience working in a multinational or shared service center environment
• Familiarity with financial principles, revenue recognition, and contracting guidelines
• Background in handling a high-volume, multi-transactional environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments
• Excellent communication skills
• Legally eligible to work in the UK
• Fluency in English is required
