Overview

As a Desktop Systems Specialist, you will provide high-quality IT support to both onsite and remote employees at Smartsheet, collaborating with the Corporate IT team to enhance IT services.

In Short

• Act as the primary IT contact for the London office.
• Provide 2nd Tier support for technical issues.
• Conduct training programs for computer users.
• Monitor and maintain the request queue.
• Provide technical support for desktop systems.
• Deploy and troubleshoot end-user computing devices.
• Maintain data integrity and security for the desktop environment.
• Communicate technical information effectively.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Knowledge of MacOS and Windows.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows security.
• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and autonomy.
• Experience with A/V systems and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with web-based applications.
• Preferably an associate's degree and 4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of IT standard concepts and practices.
