Overview

Smartsheet is looking for a Spanish or Italian speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a set of large accounts to help promote a high level of customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention within the EMEA region.

In Short

  • Lead the onboarding of enterprise-level customers.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
  • Act as a Smartsheet expert and trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular Customer Success Reviews.
  • Develop scalable tools and frameworks for customer success.
  • Analyse usage data to uncover trends and insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-impact customer situations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services.
  • Provide critical customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian.
  • Proven account management experience in SaaS environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience maintaining valuable relationships with diverse customers.
  • Outstanding task management skills.
  • Passion for web-based technologies.
  • The ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical personnel.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
