Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Instructure, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success for our high-value enterprise clients, particularly in Italy and other European markets.

  • Data-informed mindset with tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and a solutions-focused attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
