Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Shared Services Manager to lead our Compliance, Benefits, and Leave of Absence (LOA) operations in a global environment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of complex HR transactions while maintaining strict compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Experience in HR Shared Services model preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday and HR systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
