Overview

We are seeking for a candidate with excellent leadership qualities to join our regional team as Manager, HR Shared Services. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of HR services to employees across the organization within the region. This role will focus on managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of HR services, and optimizing HR processes.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of HR Shared Services professionals.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee the delivery of HR services including onboarding and payroll support.
• Continuously improve HR service delivery processes.
• Work with HRIS teams to ensure system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other HR teams for seamless service delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for regional escalations.
• Communicate effectively with HR stakeholders across countries.

Requirements

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with HR technology and systems implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
• HR certifications preferred.
