Overview

We are seeking for a candidate with excellent leadership qualities to join our regional team as Manager, HR Shared Services. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of HR services to employees across the organization within the region.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of HR Shared Services professionals.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Oversee the delivery of HR services including onboarding and payroll support.
• Continuously review and improve HR service delivery processes.
• Work closely with HRIS teams to ensure system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs.
• Act as the point of contact for regional escalations.
• Ensure clear communication across the region.
