Overview

The Carrier Relations Analyst will play a key role in managing relationships with carrier partners and analyzing data to optimize carrier cooperation and performance in responding to issues conveyed via our unique referral, monitoring and resolution process.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key carrier partners.
  • Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor and evaluate carrier performance against KPIs.
  • Review medical claims data for billing activities.
  • Utilize claims data analysis to present findings to carriers.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Work with internal teams to implement improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 4 – 6 years of experience in carrier relations or a data-driven role.
  • Experience in a health insurance organization’s payment integrity area.
  • Bachelor's degree in a health, marketing or data science related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail.
