Overview

As part of our Account Management Team, you will play a vital role in our future as part of a successful, growing team. This is a real opportunity for you to develop, working closely with the Key Account Manager.

In Short

  • Manage internal processes for transactional sales activities.
  • Assist with pricing renewals and handle day-to-day queries.
  • Create tenders and manage sales operations.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
  • Work in compliance with GDPR and Information Security Policies.
  • Handle customer queries related to rates and data requests.
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems is essential.
  • Flexible working options available for up to 30 days a year.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion within the team.
  • Hybrid working model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
