Overview

The Account Strategist will act as the strategic account lead at SmartBug Media, working closely with clients to define goals and develop strategies that achieve them while ensuring an incredible customer experience.

  • Manage and develop account specialists.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and scope.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for tailored strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing client accounts and teams.
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
  • Passion for client success and outstanding results.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred.
