In Short

• Act as the strategic account lead focused on the senior living industry.
• Work with client executives to define goals and develop strategies.
• Translate customer goals into strategic plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead the discovery and onboarding process for new clients.
• Deliver consistent, world-class quality across all customer lifecycle strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Manage and develop account specialists.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets and scope.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy.
• Minimum of 5 years in the Senior Living industry.
• Proven experience with HubSpot and WelcomeHome CRM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Experience working remotely in similar roles is preferred.
• HubSpot essential certifications.
