Overview

Smalls is seeking a seasoned GM of Retail Sales to lead our expansion into physical retail. You’ll report to our Chief Revenue Officer, working closely with the Executive and Retail teams to drive the strategic direction and efficient, profitable operations of this key growth channel.

  • Set the strategic vision for the Retail channel.
  • Own the Retail P&L and set ambitious goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for retail sell-through.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in retail sales.
  • Strong background in channel leadership.
  • Experience owning a Retail P&L.
  • Knowledge of the pet retail landscape.
  • Ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Commercially-minded and strategic thinker.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for cats and the pet community.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
