Mobile Software Development Engineer I - Remote

Overview

Slate is looking for a Mobile Software Development Engineer I to help make our software development in the electric vehicle space successful. You will focus on defining and building our digital customer experience.

In Short

• You contribute to the implementation and delivery of Slate software.
• You code and test system components.
• You contribute to system tests, functional tests, and integration.
• You collaborate with UX and product teams to build and invent new solutions and applications that put customers first.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack mobile software development – Android / iOS or modern web browsers and services, mainly in Java in a Linux or Unix environment.
• 1 to 3 years of programming experience with at least one modern language, such as Java or C++.
• 1 year of professional experience developing a consumer-facing production mobile application.
