• Ensure full compliance with global trade management requirements, customs procedures, and import/export regulations across all applicable jurisdictions
• Manage end-to-end customs compliance processes, including preparation and review of compliance documentation, tariff management, and coordination with customs brokerage partners
• Act as the primary liaison with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies
• Conduct regular customs audits and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all customs activities
• Oversee correct application of HS classification, country of origin, and Free Trade Agreements
• Monitor and ensure compliance with sanctions and embargoes
• Develop and implement internal customs compliance programs, policies, and training initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and procurement teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert on customs laws and international trade
