In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and databases using Azure Data Services.
• Optimise and monitor database performance for efficient data retrieval and storage.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries and data transformation logic.
• Create and optimise Power BI dashboards and models.
• Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to code reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Continuously evaluate tools and improve engineering practices.
• Support the business in providing solutions for data issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure Data Services and Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with database performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of data transformation and integration techniques.
• Experience in implementing data security and governance measures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
