UX Designer (Mobile) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer (Mobile) to join an established mobile application development team, contributing their expertise and helping to scale our industry leading platform.

In Short

• Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing.
• Partner with product management and contribute to roadmap initiatives.
• Contribute to the UX vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Advance mobile design patterns for iOS and Android.
• Execute user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Communicate design rationale to various audiences.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high quality standard.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of user research methods.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ).
