In Short

• Design and document engaging game systems for mobile card games.
• Create comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) and wireframes.
• Research competitor games and stay updated on design trends.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and LiveOps teams.
• Develop monetization mechanics and in-game economies.
• Understand player motivations to enhance engagement and retention.
• Participate in agile processes for timely delivery.
• Provide feedback during playtests and reviews.
• Maintain thorough documentation for team scalability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game design, preferably in mobile F2P games.
• Strong understanding of mobile social game design.
• Experience creating and documenting complex game systems.
• Ability to create wireframes and design specs using Figma or similar tools.
• Knowledge of player segmentation and game engagement loops.
• Familiarity with free-to-play economy systems.
• Experience working with product and data teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven and detail-oriented.
• Passion for mobile games.
