Web/Mobile UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Web/Mobile UI/UX designer at Repeat (a wholly owned subsidiary of PlayStation), you will help grow our esports platform used by gamers all over the world. The Web/Mobile UI/UX designer role is a key position within the product team and will drive impact across the business and to users of the live website/mobile app.

In Short

• Maintain and evolve the existing UI/UX design of the website and mobile applications.
• Design and deliver new user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the existing design system and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Own and maintain a library of reusable design components in Figma.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Support the creation of design documentation.
• Perform competitive analysis and benchmark user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and polished UI.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Experience working within an established design system.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.
• Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
