Are you a fluent Czech speaker with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Customer Support Representative and become an integral part of our telematics project focused on commercial fleets. You will be responsible for providing polite and professional support, actively listening to customer concerns, and effectively resolving issues through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Provide polite and professional support to customers.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and identify root causes of issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer problems quickly and timely.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats.
  • Fluent in Czech at C2 level.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills to meet response and resolution goals.
  • Remote training for 2 weeks from home.
  • Relocation bonus and support provided.

Benefits

  • Base gross salary: 1,200 EUR/month.
  • Performance bonus: Up to 120 EUR/month.
  • Possible gross monthly salary: 1,320 EUR.
  • Relocation bonus: 150 EUR gross during the first 12 months.
  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation + flight (within EU) + airport pickup + real estate agency fee.
