Overview

The Technical Sourcer is a recruiting specialist focused on building a strong pipeline of highly skilled engineers for Skellig Automation, aiming to improve the way automation and project controls are provided in the Life Sciences industry.

In Short

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for specialized technical roles.
• Collaborate with the TA Partner to align sourcing efforts with hiring priorities.
• Leverage creative sourcing methods including Cold Calling and LinkedIn.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential technical talent.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills and culture fit.
• Document all sourcing activities in the ATS for team visibility.
• Provide market insights on the technical talent landscape.
• Boost Skellig’s presence in online communities related to engineering.
• Act as a brand ambassador in candidate interactions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Understanding of the technical talent landscape.
• Proficiency in using social media for recruiting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
