Overview

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to identify and engage top tech talent across Latin America, playing a crucial role in our growing Talent Acquisition team.

In Short

• Build and manage pipelines of qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Use Boolean search and various platforms to identify top talent.
• Engage with passive candidates through personalized messaging.
• Maintain data integrity in our ATS and track outreach performance.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Understanding of technical roles and engineering profiles.
• Strong written communication skills in English (B2+).

Requirements

• 2-3 years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience.
• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
• Proactive and organized with a passion for candidate experience.
• Curiosity to experiment with new sourcing techniques.
