Project Controls Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to oversee the financial and administrative aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.

In Short

• Oversee and track Statements of Work (SOWs) through the Purchase Order (PO) process.
• Create and maintain project workspaces (e.g., Zoho Projects) for each PO.
• Gather and provide relevant data and updates to Business Operations.
• Monitor project expenses against budgets and flag any risks.
• Identify discrepancies and generate cost variance reports.
• Update due dates based on burn rates and track milestones.
• Compile internal and external project reports.
• Coordinate project closure activities in Zoho.
• Manage external platforms to ensure vendor compliance.
• Assist in forecasting budgets and analyzing cost trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or project controls experience.
• Proficiency with project management software (Zoho Projects, MS Project).
• Strong Excel skills for budget tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with compliance systems (ISNetworld) is a plus.
• Comfortable interpreting data and recommending corrective actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
