Overview

Join us as Senior Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Specialist and play a key role in securing our clients' digital environments. Using your expertise in Applied Cryptography technologies, you'll safeguard sensitive data, prevent unauthorized access, and advise customers on future-proofing their security—from post-quantum readiness to automating certificates and key materials.

In Short

• Actively contribute to client consultations to map out Applied Crypto needs and provide tailored solution designs.
• Guide the implementation and configuration of Cryptography solutions.
• Be a Subject Matter expert in Cryptography and understand the role of Applied Crypto in an organization.
• Deliver workshops and training for clients as an Applied Crypto expert.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Applied Crypto solutions and processes.
• Share your expertise by guiding and mentoring colleagues within the Applied Crypto unit.
• Ensure that the PKI adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Enhance your professional expertise by pursuing certifications in leading technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, preferably applied crypto.
• Experience with security tools like Thales & Keyfactor is a plus.
• Driven by a continuous learning mindset, analytical and creative problem-solver.
• Fluent proficiency in English; Dutch is nice to have.
• Completed technical HBO+ education or equivalent level acquired through work experience.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (i.e. CISSP and CISM) is a plus.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week and able to come to our Waardenburg offices on a (bi)weekly basis.
• Must hold a valid working visa for and already live in Europe.
