Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Middleware Admin or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, and JBoss.
• Familiarity with server monitoring and performance tuning.
• Understanding of network protocols and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Certification in relevant middleware technologies.
• Preferred: Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Preferred: Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
