SEM Team Leader - Remote

Overview

The SEM Team Lead-Hotel Ads will be responsible for leading and scaling the team responsible for the ad management of SiteMinder's Hotel Ads Platform, Demand Plus. This role involves the direct management of a large team of SEM Specialists in the Philippines, with the key responsibility of establishing and growing a new team in Bangkok.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of over 20 SEM Specialists.
• Build out a new team of 8 SEM Specialists in Bangkok.
• Conduct coaching sessions and daily huddles with team members.
• Set weekly targets for the SEM team.
• Manage Paid Ads Campaigns across various platforms.
• Develop competitive assessments of Paid Ads Campaigns.
• Facilitate process training for SEM Team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development.
• Ensure team development and growth opportunities are built.
• Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology is a plus.
