Overview

The Business Development Sales Manager at PermaPlate focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with dealership partners in the automotive industry, while promoting finance and insurance products.

In Short

  • Establish and grow relationships with dealership partners.
  • Make frequent dealership visits.
  • Train dealership personnel on sales and F&I processes.
  • Provide best practice training and product support.
  • Assist in solving dealership issues.
  • Ensure dealerships have the necessary products and marketing materials.
  • Consistently fill the pipeline with new opportunities.
  • Expand PermaPlate products into new dealerships.
  • Support the Regional Director in reporting requirements.
  • Travel required 100% of the time.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Persistent and resilient.
  • Executive presence with comfort in engaging leadership.
  • Versatile communication tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Expert negotiator.
  • 5 years of automotive retail experience preferred.
  • 2 years of F&I experience preferred.
