Overview

As a key member of SimScale’s marketing organization, the Growth Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving rapid ARR growth across our global markets. This position is responsible for defining and executing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at capturing net new customers.

• Define and orchestrate end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns targeting net new customers.
• Own campaign strategy and execution across various channels.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels.

• Analyze trends and develop actionable insights.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing.
• Confident working across various marketing channels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on testing and measuring.
• Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Canva.
