Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a customer-facing role responsible for ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of Simpplr’s enterprise customers, blending deep technical knowledge with strategic account management.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
  • Conduct regular health checks to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute proactive success plans to improve adoption, stability, and performance.
  • Anticipate issues leveraging data insights and customer feedback.
  • Guide customers on technical implementation and platform optimization.
  • Act as the main point of escalation for urgent customer issues.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on strategic account goals.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Provide updates and maintain visibility during escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Strong technical background with SaaS platforms and APIs.
  • Proven track record of proactive account management.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and preventative solutions.
