Lead React Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Lead React Developer to drive the evolution of the Simplify360 suite and contribute to Nextiva's mission of enhancing customer engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge features and modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of our products.

In Short

• Design and code the excellent workflow, features, or modules in the Simplify360 suite.
• Tackle challenging engineering and product problems, create solutions to customer's problems.
• Create new ideas with our design teams to continually iterate on the experience.
• Work cross-functionally to evaluate the relative importance of and need for product initiatives.
• Working and learning with engineering peers, management, and product management.
• Design, implement and deliver Stand-Alone and REST based API solutions that meet the product requirements.
• Take ownership of modules from design to implementation and deployment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React with strong programming skills.
• 5+ years of practical experience in developing enterprise products.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, and React.js.
• Proficiency in SQL queries.
• Experience in team management is mandatory.
