Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the development of Semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) for our key programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing communications across diverse teams, and driving innovation in analog and digital design flows.

In Short

• Lead the development of Intellectual Property (IP) for key programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for communications across teams.
• Possess a strong technical understanding of design flows and IC manufacturing processes.
• Plan and direct schedules, identify and escalate issues, and manage risks.
• Oversee the porting of various IPs to different process technology nodes.
• Continuously monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong background and track record in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) preferred.
