Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in Silvaco's finance department, overseeing core accounting activities and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

In Short

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate multi-currency subsidiaries and supervise accounting teams.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
• Prepare consolidation accounting entries and financial statements.
• Support internal and external financial reporting.
• Maintain effective internal controls for financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to tax compliance and optimization activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements in accounting operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in high-tech companies.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• CPA or big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with international intercompany agreements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Intacct is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Experience in SAAS software or semiconductor industry is a plus.
